At his episcopal ordination, Bishop Phil had as co-Consecrator Archbishop, now Cardinal, Raymond Leo Burke. They are friends from their days as students of the Greg. It is to be hoped that His Eminence will manage to come to Glasgow for the installation on Saturday, September 8.
